Donation Policy – Alliance Française Kilkenny
The Alliance Française Kilkenny seeks, so far as is practical and within the constraints of Irish and European law, donations from individuals and organisations:
- That hold values that are consistent with the organisational values of the Alliance Française Fondation: “Tolérance, solidarité, dialogue, diversité, qualité, engagement, interculturalité, convivialité”
- Whose monies are derived from legal sources
- Who do not compromise the independent status of AFKK
- Whose association with the AFKK will not undermine the reputation of the AFKK
Donors will be acknowledged on the website of AFKK and social media posts (if they wish).
Process
The Committee of the AFKK will review donations on an annual basis to ensure this policy is enforced, and will return any donation which is in conflict with this policy.
