An exciting opportunity has come up to learn French cooking and improve your French at the same time in an idyllic setting in South West France.
Some years ago we had a Chef and teacher Cedric Moreau in the Alliance Française Kilkenny and together we organised classes on Improving your French by Learning to Cook which proved very popular. Since then Cedric has returned to France and has taken over a Water Mill and turned it into a cookery school.
He asked us to let you know about the cookery classes and how to improve your French through these. A group of us are contemplating going on 25th April and there are others who wish to form a group to travel on 21st April for the five day course flying to Bordeaux, so let us know if you wish to join either of the groups.
But perhaps you and a few friends or classmates would be interested in forming your own group? There is a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16.
